Interns will learn about MPF, its projects and processes, and together with Management, identify key focus areas and projects for them to focus on based on the skills and interest areas of the intern, along with the needs of MPF.
The key areas of potential assistance are as follows:
Programs
This will include assisting in planning and coordinating the MPF Initiatives under the HEEL framework as well as providing additional support in monitoring and evaluation of programs.
Marketing & Communications
This will include promotion of MPF programs, and generating widespread support and recognition of MPF as a brand.
Management & Operations
This will include providing research and support to MPF staff and overall general office and team support, as well as documenting and organizing all MPF’s operational procedures ie SOPs, HR Manual and other key systems and documentation.
